Did you know that 94% of nursing homes fall beneath federal regulations for care of the elderly? The statistic is shocking. It is very sad when a senior member of our community is the victim of negligence when they live in a nursing home or anywhere else, but unfortunately it happens fairly often, and for this reason it is pertinent to seek legal representation for the seniors good, and the well being of anyone else who may be suffering from negligence. If someone is being neglected, odds are they are not able to do anything about it besides deal with their perpetrators.
